Building a Relational Culture at Work - June 24th 1 PM CST

What is a Relational Culture?

A Relational Culture is a connected community where each person’s inherent worth and value are affirmed as key relational needs like acceptance, respect, appreciation, and security are met in caring relationships along with strategic support and resources provided for members to T.H.R.I.V.E. in their overall well-being.

What Does Flourishing at Work Look Like?

This culture practices a way of doing business in which people and their well-being are valued as much as performance, productivity, and profit. These caring connections improve teamwork, employee engagement, and customer experience while reducing conflict and turnover.

What are the benefits of flourishing at work?

Barna's Life at Work 2025 study highlights three themes from employee surveys:

  • 33% say their greatest fulfillment comes from people, community, and

        meaningful relationships.

  • 29% find fulfillment in purposeful, meaningful work that serves a greater mission.
  • 24% are most motivated by helping others and "making a difference."
